This video contains the basics of the Eagle Claw system.You will learn basic stances punches and grabbing techniques.Included on this tape is Gung Lei Kung.Gung Lei Kung contains important basic moves that are needed in more advanced forms.
2. Tuet Jin Kuen(Breaking Holds Fist)
Joint locking is one of the trademarks of the Eagle Claw System.This tape will not only teach you joint locks,it will teach you how to get out of them.This tape includes ways to break free combined with low kicks.Knowing how to break and apply joint locks is a must for every one who practices Eagle Claw.
3. Jeet Kuen(Quick Fist)
This tape centers on developing your speed.Jeet Kune ties fast hand techniques with kicks to quickly devastate your attacker.You will learn quick,speedy footwork along with a variety of kicks and punches.Bruce Lee only learned a few forms during his lifetime.This form was one of them.
4. Sei Lok Kuen(Forty-Six Fists)
Great Grandmaster Lau Fat Mang combined the most effective Eagle Claw techniques into a series of forty six movements.This set is filled with powerful efficient moves that are the foundation of the Eagle Claw system.This is a good all around form for street self defense.
5. Um Fu Kuen(Five Tiger Fist)
Five Tiger Fist combines the power and speed of both the Tiger Claw and the Eagle Claw.The claw is a very effective tool for grappling, grabbing and joint locking techniques.This form is one of the longest and most devastating forms in the Eagle Claw system.
6.Dai Ming Jeung(Big Soft Palm)
This set focuses on speedy footwork and advanced kicking.This set will increase your hand foot coordination,with a lot of airborne kicking and hand combinations.Chin Na and grabbing techniques are also stressed.This form will give the practitioner a great cardiovascular workout.
